UPSTDC Rewards

• The scheme will be known as UPSTDC Privileged Guest Scheme and will be applicable for individual customers.
• The members to the Scheme will be issued physical and/or electronic membership card.
• The members will earn privilege points on payments done for accommodation, food and beverages at any of UPSTDC properties, or online on UPSTDC portal/UPSTDC Mobile booking App. These transactions will be known as eligible purchases. The Scheme will be applicable on banquet/ party booking.
• The cancellation charge paid in accordance with the UPSTDC's cancellation policy as applicable at the time of cancellation will also be eligible for accrual of privilege points.
• The points will accrue only after the transaction becomes final and hot against advance payment made. Thus, a payment made against an advance room booking will not become eligible for accrual of points immediately. Such transaction ill earn points only after the final bill is generated after the stay or cancellation, as the case may be.
• The Monetary value of each privilege point earned will be Rs. 0.25 (Paise Twenty five only)
• The benefits of the Scheme cannot be clubbed with any other offer, the UPSTDC may offer from time to time.
• The privilege points outstanding in the membership account at any point of time will be redeemable against any payment due on booking at the UPSTDC portal and also against payment dur against food and beverages bills of the members. The redemption of points will be on firts credit first redeem basis.
• Any points redeemed will not be refundable under any circumstances.
• Cancellation of any booking, where the payment has been made partially in cash and rest by redemption of privilege points ill attract cancellation charges on cash component as per the cancellation policy and the privelege point component will be forfeited.
• The points accrued are not transferable.
• The UPSTDC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Scheme at any point of time at its sole discretion. In case of discountinuation, the scheme at any point of time at its sole discretion. In case of discountinuation, the member may be offfered certain time to redeem the point outstanding at that point of time. Any points outstanding in any membership account will lapse on expiry of such time allowed.
• The points earned against any transaction will be available for redemption for a period of 180 days after the date of transaction. After this period the points will lapse. The UPSTDC will make efforts to notify the members the impending lapse. The sufficiency of the efforts will be decided by the UPSTDC at its sole discretion.
• The Managing Director of the UPSTDC or his nominee will be the sole authority to decide any dispute regarding the Scheme.
• Upon firts time downloding of UPSTDC mobile booking app concerned person shall become UPSTDC privileged guest scheme and a sum of 500 privelege points shall be transferd to the wallet of concern guest.

There will be two levels of memberships for individuals: Silver Member and Gold Member. The individual customers can join the Scheme once a transaction eligible under the Scheme is done. The Silver Member will be upgraded to Gold member on fulfilment of criteria fixed for the purpose. Also, a Gold Member will be downgraded to Silver, if he fails to meet the criteria fixed for the purpose. There will be one Corporate Gold membership.

The members will earn privilege points as below:

Silver Member: The Payments made against room booking will earn 1(0ne) point against every 2 (two) rupees paid including those as cancellation charges. The payments made against food and beverages purchases will earn 1(one) point against every 4 (four) rupees paid.

Gold Member: The Gold Members earn more benefits as compared with Silver members. The payments made against room booking will earn 2(two) points against every 2 (two) rupees paid including those as cancellation charges. The payments made against food and beverages purchases will earn 2(two) point against every 4 (four) rupees paid. Gold members will be eligible for early check-in and late check-out of up to two hours without any charge subject to availability.

Corporates will be eligible for issue of Gold membership card for use of their employees at UPSTDC properties. The Corporates for this purpose include companies registered under Companies Act 2014 and Societies registered under relevant Act applicable in the State of registration. The Corporate cards will be issued in the name of their employees on request of the eligible corporates free of cost. However, a maximum of ten cards will be issued free of cost for a corporate. Any corporate seeking more than ten cards will be required to pay administrative cost of Rs 100/- (Rs one hundred only) for each additionai card beyond ten.

• इस योजना का नाम यू0पी0एस0टी0डी0सी0 गेस्ट स्कीम होगा, और यह योजना व्यक्ति एवं कारपोरेट /सहकारी संस्थाओं के द्वारा अधिकृत कर्मचारियों / अधिकारियों पर लागू होगी।
• इस योजना के अन्तर्गत आच्छादित सदस्यों को वास्तविक,/ इलेक्ट्रानिक मेम्बरशिप कार्ड निर्गत किये जायेंगे।
• योजना के अन्तर्गत सदस्य द्वारा निगम की किसी भी इकाई पर स्वंय द्वारा या निगम की अधिकारिक बुकिंग पोर्टल,/यू0पी0एस0टी0डी0सी0 मोबाइल बेकिंग ऐप के माध्यम से कक्षों की बुकिंग, फूड एण्ड बेवरेज के क्रय पर गये भुगतान के सापेक्ष अंक अर्जित किये जायेंगे। यह योजना बैंक्वेट / पार्टी बुकिंग पर लागू नहीं होगी।
• किसी भी बुकिंग के निरस्तीकरण के फलस्वरूप निगम की निरस्तीकरण नियमों के अनुसार लागू निरस्तीकरण शुल्क पर भी इस योजना के अन्तर्गत अंक देय होंगे।
• इस योजना के अन्तर्गत यू0पी0एस0टी0डी0सी0 की किसी भी इकाई पर क्रयकी गयी सेवाओं के सापेक्ष किये गये अन्तिम भुगतान ( Full & Final Payment ) के पश्चात्‌ ही अंक देय होंगे। किसी भी प्रकार के अग्रिम भुगतान पर अंक देय नहीं होंगे।
• इस योजना के अन्तर्गत देय प्रत्येक अंक का मौद्रिक मूल्य रू0 025 (पच्चीस पैसे मात्र) होगा।
• इस योजना के अन्तर्गत देय लाभ निगम की समय-समय पर लागू अन्य योजनाओं के साथ जोड़ा ( Club ) नहीं जा सकेगा।
• इस योजना के अन्तर्गत अतिथि के वॉलेट में संग्रहित अंक निगम की किसी भी इकाई पर निगम की अधिकारिक बुकिंग पोर्टल (upstdc.co.in) से बुकिंग करते समय एवं सा जद बेवरेज के क्रय पर अन्तिम भुगतान करते समय रिडीम किये जा सकेंगे, उक्त रिडेंम्शन प्रथम अंक संग्रहण एवं प्रथम भुगतान ( First Credit First Redemption Basis) के अनुसार होगा।
• निगम की किसी भी इकाई पर क्रय की गयी सेवाओं के बीजकों के सापेक्ष देय धनराशि का भुगतान में अंकों के अनुसार संग्रहीत मौद्रिक मूल्य के समायोजन के पश्चात्‌ उक्त अंक सम्बन्धित के वॉलेट में वापस नहीं किये जा सकेंगे।
• निगम की किसी भी इकाई में की गयी बुकिंग के समय यदि भुगतान अर्जित किये गये अंकों एवं आंशिक नकद के माध्यम से किया जाता है तो उक्त प्रकार की बुकिंग के निरस्तीकरण के फलस्वरूप निगम के नियमों के अनुसार लागू शुल्क नकद किये गये भुगतान से समायोजित किये जायेंगे।
• इस योजना के अन्तर्गत अर्जित किये गये अंक किसी को हस्तान्तरित नहीं किये जा सकेंगे।
• उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य पर्यटन विकास निगम लि0 के पास इस योजना को समाप्त करने, परिवर्तन का रण का पूर्ण अधिकार होगा। यदि यह योजना समाप्त की जाती है तो सदस्यों को एक समय-सीमा के अन्दर अपने वॉलेट में संग्रहीत अर्जित अंकों को रिडीम करने का अवसर दिया जायेगा, समय सीमा समाप्त होने के पश्चात्‌ सम्बन्धित के वॉलेट में संग्रहीत अंक कालातीत हो जायेंगे।
• इस योजना के अन्तर्गत सदस्य के वॉलेट में संग्रहीत अंक बीजक की तिथि से 80 दिनों के पश्चात्‌ कालातीत हो जायेंगे। उ0प्र0 राज्य पर्यटन विकास निगम लि0 अपने विवेकानुसार यथासम्भव सम्बन्धित सदस्य को अंकों के कालातीत होने के सम्बन्ध में अग्रिम जानकारियों से अवगत करायेगा।
• इस योजना के अन्तर्गत किसी भी विवाद, यदि कोई हो तो, के सम्बन्ध में प्रबच्ध निदेशक, उ0प्र0 राज्य पर्यटन विकास निगम लि0 या उसके द्वारा अधिकृत व्यक्ति द्वारा लिया गया निर्णय अन्तिम एवं सर्वमान्य होगा।
• यू0पीएएस0टी0डी0सी0 मोबाइल बुकिंग ऐप के प्रथम बार डाउनलोड करते ही सम्बन्धित अतिथि यू0पी0एस0टी0डी0सी0 प्रविलेज गेस्ट योजना का सदस्य बन जायेगा तथा सम्बन्धित के वॉलेट में 500 अंक स्वतः ही संग्रहित हो जायेंगे।
